| 26 | 26 | dealer to provide greater clarity and address problems associated with 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | self-certification and improper inspections, and (2) require a dealer to 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | complete such form for any vehicle sold in "as is" condition and subject 6 | |
