| 25 | 25 | in the case of a returned absentee ballot with an inner envelope that does 2 | |
| 26 | 26 | not satisfy the signature requirement for such envelope, the registrars of 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | voters shall attempt to contact the elector who returned such absentee 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | ballot for the purpose of curing such defect so that such absentee ballot 5 | |
