| 24 | 24 | implementation date of Connecticut's Paid Family and Medical Leave 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | Program, implement a state-funded pool to cover sick time for 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | employees of nursing homes who are infected with a contagious disease 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | and who have exhausted any available fringe, federal or state sick leave 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | benefits to which they are entitled, and (2) adopt a presumption of 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | workers' compensation coverage for employees of nursing homes who 7 | |
| 30 | 30 | become infected with a contagious disease. 8 | |
