1419 AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF THE IMPACT OF EXTENDING
1520 ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR SER VICE HOURS AT GAMING AND OTHER
1621 ESTABLISHMENTS.
1722 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
1823 Assembly convened:

20-Section 1. (Effective from passage) (a) The Liquor Control Commission 1
21-shall study the potential impact of extending alcoholic liquor service 2
22-hours at gaming and other establishments regulated pursuant to title 30 3
23-of the general statutes and located not more than fifty miles from any 4
24-border of this state. 5
25-(b) Not later than January 1, 2022, the Liquor Control Commission 6
26-shall, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general 7
27-statutes, report its findings pursuant to the study required by subsection 8
28-(a) of this section to the joint standing committee of the General 9
29-Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to general law.10
