The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal
impact.
The amendment requires DCF and DPH to develop a plan to promote
access to mental health services for children and youth in certain regions
of the state. This has no fiscal impact as DPH and DCF have the staff
expertise to complete such study.
