Explanation
The bill requires the Departments of Children and Families (DCF)
and Public Health (DPH) to develop a plan to promote access to
mental health services for children and youth in certain regions of the
state. This has no fiscal impact as DCF and DPH have the staff
expertise to complete such a study.
House “A” strikes the original bill and its associated fiscal impact,
thus becoming the bill with the above referenced fiscal impact.
