Explanation
There is no fiscal impact resulting from the bill as amended, which
revises the schedule for which the Office of Policy and Management
must revise and submit the State Plan of Conservation and
Development prior to adoption by the General Assembly.
House "A" eliminates a provision that the 2018-2023 Plan of
Conservation and Development is effective upon adoption by the
General Assembly and has no fiscal impact.
