RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE DECISION OF THE CLAIMS
COMMISSIONER TO DENY CERTAIN CLAIMS AGAINST THE STATE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
Section 1. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 1
22239 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the 2
state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Edwin Andino, is 3
confirmed. 4
Sec. 2. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 5
23763 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the 6
state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Jean Barjon, is confirmed. 7
Sec. 3. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 8
24243 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the 9
state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Cedric Brown, is 10
confirmed. 11
Sec. 4. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 12
25041 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the 13
state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Abraham Chemmarappally 14
and Shinymol Chemmarappally, Co-Administrators of the Estate of 15
