RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE DECISION OF THE OFFICE OF THE
CLAIMS COMMISSIONER TO DENY CERTAIN CLAIMS.
Resolved by this Assembly:
Section 1. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 1
25170 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the 2
state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of Marek Maryanski, PhD, is 3
confirmed. 4
Sec. 2. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 5
24605 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the 6
state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of the Estate of Karon Nealy, 7
is confirmed. 8
Sec. 3. That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 9
25074 of said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the 10
state in excess of twenty thousand dollars of MGS Research, Inc. dba 3D 11
Dosimetry and Marek Maryanski, PhD, is confirmed.12
