26 | 26 | another insurer to honor the contractual obligations of the transferring 5 | |
27 | 27 | insurer to the consumer as determined on the date that the transferring 6 | |
28 | 28 | insurer delivered or issued such policy to the consumer; and (3) 7 | |
29 | 29 | establish the Consumer Advocacy Group Regarding Long-Term Care 8 | |
