| 20 | 20 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General | |

| 23 | 23 | That the general statutes be amended to provide that no land use 1 | |
| 24 | 24 | permit issued to an individual pursuant to section 8-3, 8-26c, 8-26g or 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | 22a-42a of the general statutes that relates to the same parcel of land 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | shall expire until the expiration date associated with the last of such 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | permits issued to such individual. 5 | |

| 29 | 29 | To provide that no land use permit issued to an individual pursuant to | |
| 30 | 30 | section 8-3, 8-26c, 8-26g or 22a-42a of the general statutes that relates to | |
