AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXPIRATION OF CERTAIN LAND USE PERMITS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to provide that no land use 1 permit issued to an individual pursuant to section 8-3, 8-26c, 8-26g or 2 22a-42a of the general statutes that relates to the same parcel of land 3 shall expire until the expiration date associated with the last of such 4 permits issued to such individual. 5 Statement of Purpose: To provide that no land use permit issued to an individual pursuant to section 8-3, 8-26c, 8-26g or 22a-42a of the general statutes that relates to the same parcel of land shall expire until the expiration date associated with the last of such permits issued to such individual.
