1818 AN ACT PROVIDING FINANCIAL RELIEF TO NONPROFIT CLUBS
1919 AND PRIVATE CLUBS FROM INCREASING LIQUOR PERMIT FEES.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2121 Assembly convened:

2323 That section 30-22a of the general statutes be amended to: (1) 1
2424 Mandate the annual fee for obtaining a cafe liquor permit for any 2
2525 organization that is currently holding a nonprofit club liquor permit be 3
2626 set at eight hundred fifteen dollars, and (2) to mandate the annual fee 4
2727 for obtaining a cafe liquor permit for any organization that is currently 5
2828 holding a club liquor permit be set at three hundred dollars. 6
2929 Statement of Purpose:
3030 To provide financial relief to nonprofit clubs and private clubs from
3131 increasing liquor permit fees.
