AN ACT PROVIDING FINANCIAL RELIEF TO NONPROFIT CLUBS 
AND PRIVATE CLUBS FROM INCREASING LIQUOR PERMIT FEES. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That section 30-22a of the general statutes be amended to: (1) 1 
Mandate the annual fee for obtaining a cafe liquor permit for any 2 
organization that is currently holding a nonprofit club liquor permit be 3 
set at eight hundred fifteen dollars, and (2) to mandate the annual fee 4 
for obtaining a cafe liquor permit for any organization that is currently 5 
holding a club liquor permit be set at three hundred dollars. 6 
Statement of Purpose:   
To provide financial relief to nonprofit clubs and private clubs from 
increasing liquor permit fees.
