| 26 | 26 | | benchmarks in this state; (2) require the Commissioner of Consumer 3 |

| 27 | 27 | | Protection to submit a request to the federal Secretary of Health and 4 |

| 28 | 28 | | Human Services to implement a Canadian prescription drug 5 |

| 29 | 29 | | reimportation program in this state and, if the secretary approves such 6 |

| 30 | 30 | | request, implement such program in this state; (3) implement the 7 |

| 31 | 31 | | Insurance Commissioner's recommendations regarding stop-loss 8 |
