| 24 | 24 | That sections 10-76d and 10-76g of the general statutes be amended 1 | |
| 25 | 25 | to require that a local or regional board of education for a town 2 | |
| 26 | 26 | designated as an alliance district not be responsible for any costs 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | associated with the provision of special education and related services 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | to a student who moves into and enrolls in such alliance district during 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | the school year, and to require that such board not be responsible for 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | any costs associated with the provision of special education and related 7 | |
| 31 | 31 | services to any student who moves out of and is no longer enrolled in 8 | |
| 32 | 32 | such alliance district during the school year. 9 | |
