25 | 25 | parties to real estate closings concerning real property in this state; and 3 | |
26 | 26 | (2) permit mortgage lenders to induce or require prospective 4 | |
27 | 27 | mortgagors to use preferred attorneys or law firms to represent such 5 | |
28 | 28 | mortgagors in proposed mortgage loan transactions concerning real 6 | |

31 | 31 | To: (1) Permit persons other than attorneys admitted in this state to | |
