25 | 25 | issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2 | |
26 | 26 | general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3 | |
27 | 27 | one million two hundred fifty thousand dollars, the proceeds of which 4 | |
28 | 28 | shall be used by the Department of Energy and Environmental 5 | |
29 | 29 | Protection, with one million dollars of said proceeds used for the 6 | |
30 | 30 | purpose of construction of a community well, a septic system and a road 7 | |
31 | 31 | allowing access to and use of sacred sites on the Eastern Pequot 8 | |
32 | 32 | reservation, and two hundred fifty thousand dollars of said proceeds 9 | |
