| 24 | 24 | Court may issue an order to detain a child arrested for larceny of a motor 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | vehicle in a detention center pending subsequent court hearings and a 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | disposition if the court finds that there is probable cause to believe that 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | the child has committed the acts alleged, notwithstanding the additional 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | factors contained in subsection (e) of section 46b-133 of the general 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | statutes; to provide that a court may consider the factors in said 7 | |
| 30 | 30 | subsection (e) as a reason to release the child in its discretion, with or 8 | |
| 31 | 31 | without conditions; to require the automatic transfer from the docket for 9 | |
| 32 | 32 | juvenile matters to the regular criminal docket of the Superior Court the 10 | |
| 33 | 33 | case of any child charged with larceny that involves a motor vehicle; and 11 | |
