| 25 | 25 | transfer to adult court any case in which a child is arrested for larceny 2 | |
| 26 | 26 | of a motor vehicle; and that said child shall be detained pursuant to a 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | court order if the court finds probable cause to believe that the child 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | committed the acts alleged unless the court exercises its discretion to 5 | |
