| 26 | 26 | with the Department of Public Health, shall establish a process to 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | evaluate, provide feedback on, distribute and approve personal 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | protective equipment for use during public health emergencies, (2) six 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | months after the end of a public health emergency, the Commissioner 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | of Public Health establish a stockpile of personal protective equipment, 7 | |
| 31 | 31 | and (3) long-term care providers maintain stockpiles of personal 8 | |
