28 | 28 | Protection, study how to effectively enforce state statutes and 3 | |
29 | 29 | regulations on bodies of water and adjacent roadways that cover more 4 | |
30 | 30 | than one jurisdiction, including Beach Pond in Voluntown and its 5 | |
31 | 31 | surrounding roadways, and make recommendations to the General 6 | |
32 | 32 | Assembly regarding any necessary positions to be created, allocations 7 | |
33 | 33 | of funding to be adjusted and changes to agency jurisdiction necessary 8 | |
