| 25 | 25 | issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2 | |
| 26 | 26 | general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | one million nine hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | be used by the Department of Administrative Services for the purpose 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | of providing (1) a grant-in-aid in the amount of five hundred thousand 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | dollars to the Baltic Fire Engine Company in the town of Sprague to 7 | |
| 31 | 31 | repair a retaining wall, parking lot and fence; (2) a grant-in-aid in the 8 | |
