| 25 | 25 | thousand-dollar fine and sixty-day suspension of a motor vehicle 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | operator's license or nonresident operating privilege for a first offense 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | and a two-thousand-dollar fine and six-month suspension of a motor 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | vehicle operator's license or nonresident operating privilege for a 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | second or subsequent offense, and (2) subsection (e) of section 51-56a of 7 | |
