AN ACT INCREASING RE PRESENTATION ON THE ENERGY
CONSERVATION MANAGEM ENT BOARD
SUMMARY: This act adds a representative of low-income residential customers
and a representative of municipalities to the Energy Conservation Management
Board. By law, the commissioner of energy and environmental protection
appoints members to the board, which, among other things, helps develop the
state’s conservation and load management plan (CGS § 16-245m(d)).
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1, 2021
