25 | 25 | Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2021) On or before October 1, 2022, 1 | |

27 | 27 | general statutes, shall ensure that any free-standing telecommunications 3 | |
28 | 28 | tower or antenna owned, leased or operated by such company contains 4 | |
29 | 29 | a backup power source sufficient to provide twenty-four consecutive 5 | |
30 | 30 | hours of service during an electric service outage. 6 | |
