2019 AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR AGING IN PLACE INITIATIVES.
2120 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2221 Assembly convened:

2423 Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2021) The following sums are appropriated 1
2524 from the General Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, for the 2
2625 purpose of allowing more senior citizens to age in place at home: (1) 3
2726 Two million dollars to the Department of Social Services to expand 4
2827 access to the Connecticut home-care program for the elderly, and (2) one 5
2928 million dollars to the Department of Aging and Disability Services to 6
3029 expand access to the Alzheimer's disease respite care program. 7
3130 This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
