24 | 23 | | Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2021) The following sums are appropriated 1 |

25 | 24 | | from the General Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, for the 2 |

26 | 25 | | purpose of allowing more senior citizens to age in place at home: (1) 3 |

27 | 26 | | Two million dollars to the Department of Social Services to expand 4 |

28 | 27 | | access to the Connecticut home-care program for the elderly, and (2) one 5 |

29 | 28 | | million dollars to the Department of Aging and Disability Services to 6 |

30 | 29 | | expand access to the Alzheimer's disease respite care program. 7 |
