Explanation 
The bill, which expands on the information employers must provide 
to certain domestic workers, does not result in any fiscal impact to the 
state or municipalities. 
Senate "A" requires qualified organizations to establish an 
information program, rather than requiring the labor commissioner to 
establish a program to provide grants to qualified organizations, which 
eliminates the cost in the underlying bill.
