RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF ROBERT
NAMNOUM OF CANTON TO BE APPOINTED A MEMB ER OF THE
EDUCATION ARBITRATIO N BOARD.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Robert 1
Namnoum of Canton to be appointed a member of the Education 2
Arbitration Board, representing the interests of exclusive bargaining 3
representatives of certified employees, to serve a term ending June 30, 4
2024, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is 5
longer, in succession to Clifford Silvers, is approved and confirmed, and 6
he is appointed said member for said term. 7
