RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF JESSICA TORRES
SHLATZ, ESQUIRE, OF WEST HARTFORD TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Jessica 1
Torres Shlatz, Esquire, of West Hartford to be a Judge of the Superior 2
Court, to serve for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation 3
by both Houses, in succession to the Honorable Kenneth B. Povodator, 4
is approved and confirmed, and she is appointed a Judge of the Superior 5
Court for said term. 6
