AGREEMENT BETWEEN TH E STATE OF CONNECTIC UT AND THE
ADMINISTRATIVE & RESIDUAL EMPLOYEES UNIO N.
Resolved by the Senate:
That the memorandum of agreement between the State of 1
Connecticut and the Administrative & Residual Employees Union, 2
concerning the Impact Bargaining regarding employees in certain titles, 3
submitted to this assembly February 22, 2021, for approval, as provided 4
in subsection (b) of section 5-278 of the general statutes, is approved.5
