1421 AN ACT CONCERNING THE LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL,
1522 TRANSGENDER AND QUEER HEALTH, HUMAN SERVICES AND
1623 OPPORTUNITY NETWORK.
1724 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
1825 Assembly convened:

2027 Section 1. Section 19a-132 of the general statutes is repealed and the 1
2128 following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective July 1, 2022): 2
2229 (a) There is established a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and 3
2330 Queer Health, [and] Human Services and Opportunity Network to 4
2431 make recommendations to the state legislative, executive and judicial 5
25-branches of government concerning (1) the promotion of equitable 6
26-access to opportunities for, (2) the delivery of health and human services 7
27-to, and (3) educational awareness about lesbian, gay, bisexual, 8
28-transgender and queer persons in the state. 9
