24 | 24 | Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Insurance Department shall 1 | |
25 | 25 | conduct a study concerning health insurance issues in the state. Not 2 | |
26 | 26 | later than January 15, 2023, the department shall submit a report, in 3 | |
27 | 27 | accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, 4 | |
28 | 28 | concerning the results of such study to the joint standing committee of 5 | |
29 | 29 | the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to 6 | |
