1818 AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN VACANT LOTS FROM
1919 CONFORMANCE WITH ZONING REGULATIONS.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2323 That subparagraph (A) of subdivision (2) of subsection (b) of section 1
2424 8-26a of the general statutes be amended to specify that construction on 2
2525 a vacant lot located on a subdivision or resubdivision plan referred to in 3
2626 the chain of title and recorded in the town clerk's office, and 4
2727 subsequently conforming by the adoption of zoning regulations, shall 5
2828 not be required to conform with a change in zoning regulations adopted 6
2929 after the approval of the subdivision or resubdivision plan. 7
3030 Statement of Purpose:
3131 To specify that construction on certain vacant lots shall not be required
3232 to conform with changes in zoning regulations adopted after the
3333 approval of a subdivision or resubdivision plan.
