AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN VACANT LOTS FROM CONFORMANCE WITH ZONING REGULATIONS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That subparagraph (A) of subdivision (2) of subsection (b) of section 1 8-26a of the general statutes be amended to specify that construction on 2 a vacant lot located on a subdivision or resubdivision plan referred to in 3 the chain of title and recorded in the town clerk's office, and 4 subsequently conforming by the adoption of zoning regulations, shall 5 not be required to conform with a change in zoning regulations adopted 6 after the approval of the subdivision or resubdivision plan. 7 Statement of Purpose: To specify that construction on certain vacant lots shall not be required to conform with changes in zoning regulations adopted after the approval of a subdivision or resubdivision plan.
