27 | 27 | placards for persons who are blind and persons with disabilities, (2) 5 | |
28 | 28 | recommend best practices to the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles for 6 | |
29 | 29 | clear and concise policies and regulations regarding the issuance and 7 | |
30 | 30 | use of removable windshield placards pursuant to section 14-253a of the 8 | |
31 | 31 | general statutes, and (3) make educational materials available to 9 | |
