This has no fiscal impact since the agency has the necessary expertise for this requirement. It also requires DEEP to identify additional federal funds available to municipalities and schools for reducing carbon emissions. This could result in a revenue gain to various municipalities and schools beginning in FY 24 to the extent federal funds are made available following such identification.
