No Fiscal Impact  
The amendment strikes the underlying bill and it's associated fiscal 
impact and results in the following impact. 
The amendment (1) makes several changes to smoke and carbon 
monoxide detector disclosure law that impact residential properties and 
(2) requires the Office of the State Fire Marshall to develop a model form 
and develop a guide outlining smoke detection and warning equipment 
requirements, resulting in no fiscal impact as the office can to meet these 
requirements with existing resources.
