Eliminates Fiscal Impact in Bill
The amendment strikes section 1 of the underlying bill and the
associated fiscal impact. This eliminates the potential cost to the
Department of Social Services (DSS) and the potential revenue gain to
towns related to Medicaid coverage for suicide risk assessments and
mental health evaluations provided at school-based health centers or
public schools.
