AN ACT CONCERNING EDUCATION REGARDING
CYTOMEGALOVIRUS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) Not later than January 1, 2024, the 1
Department of Public Health shall post on its Internet web site 2
educational materials for health care providers and the general public 3
regarding the symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of cytomegalovirus. 4
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 from passage New section
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Public Health to post educational
materials regarding cytomegalovirus on its Internet web site.
