Explanation
This bill has no fiscal impact. The bill makes a variety of changes to
the required reporting of expenditures for candidates, lifting the
dismissal requirement for certain complaints to the Elections
Enforcement Commission after one year, and raising the contribution
cap for individual donations to state central committees from $10,000-
$15,000. It does not obligate the state to any further action.
