1919 AN ACT CONCERNING THE CORRECTION ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2323 Section 1. Subsection (h) of Section 18-81jj of the general statutes is 1
2424 repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective from 2
2525 passage): 3
2626 (h) (1) A majority of the voting members appointed to the Correction 4
2727 Advisory Committee shall constitute a quorum, which shall be 5
2828 necessary for the committee to conduct business. A majority vote of [the] 6
2929 such members present shall be required for action of the committee. 7
3030 (2) Any member of the committee shall be a nonvoting member 8
3131 during any period of such member's employment by the Department of 9
3232 Correction. 10
3333 This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following

4444 To require that any member of the Correction Advisory Committee who
