2018 AN ACT REQUIRING THE CONNECTICUT AIRPORT AUTHORITY TO
2119 COMPLY WITH THE CONNECTICUT ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
2220 ACT FOR ANY HISTORIC STRUCTURES AND LANDMARKS UNDER
2321 THE AUTHORITY'S CONTROL.
2422 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2523 Assembly convened:

2725 Section 1. Section 22a-19a of the general statutes is repealed and the 1
2826 following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective from passage): 2
2927 The provisions of sections 22a-15 to 22a-19, inclusive, shall be 3
3028 applicable to the unreasonable destruction of historic structures and 4
3129 landmarks of the state, which shall be those properties (1) listed or 5
3230 under consideration for listing as individual units on the National 6
33-Register of Historic Places (16 USC 470a, as amended), [or] (2) which 7
34-are a part of a district listed or under consideration for listing on said 8
31+Register of Historic Places (16 USC 470a, as amended), [or] (2) which are 7
32+a part of a district listed or under consideration for listing on said 8
3533 national register and which have been determined by the State Historic 9
3634 Preservation Review Board to contribute to the historic significance of 10
3735 such district, or (3) under the care, custody and control of the 11
3836 Connecticut Airport Authority that contain structures or landmarks 12
3937 determined to be historic by any historical society of any host 13

47-such action cannot make a prima facie showing that the conduct of the 15
