| 20 | 20 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General | |
| 21 | 21 | Assembly convened: | |

| 23 | 23 | That the general statutes be amended to provide that: (1) The 1 | |
| 24 | 24 | operator of an entertainment ticketing marketplace doing business in 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | this state shall (A) clearly disclose to a consumer, before the consumer 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | purchases a ticket on such marketplace, any fee such operator will 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | charge to the consumer for such purchase, and (B) not charge a delivery 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | fee for any ticket provided to a consumer by electronic means; and (2) 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | the operator of an entertainment ticket resale marketplace doing 7 | |
| 30 | 30 | business in this state shall (A) disclose the original price of a ticket resold 8 | |
| 31 | 31 | on such marketplace, and (B) adhere to professional standards by, 9 | |
| 32 | 32 | among other things, maintaining a physical place of business. 10 | |
