| 26 | 26 | general statutes, to (1) authorize the consolidation of the New Hartford 2 | |
| 27 | 27 | Volunteer Fire Department and the Pine Meadow Fire Department in 3 | |
| 28 | 28 | the town of New Hartford, (2) dissolve the Pine Meadow Fire 4 | |
| 29 | 29 | Department, (3) redefine the New Hartford Volunteer Fire Department 5 | |
| 30 | 30 | boundaries to include the Pine Meadow Fire Department service area, 6 | |
| 31 | 31 | and (4) distribute and transfer all assets of the Pine Meadow Fire 7 | |
