Eliminates Cost In Bill
The amendment removes section 6 of the bill and eliminates the cost
to the Office of Policy and Management and the Office of the State
Comptroller associated with a grant program for supporting the
enforcement of the street takeover law and an annual report.
This also eliminates the potential revenue to gain to municipalities
associated with the grant program.
