No Fiscal Impact
The amendment is not anticipated to result in a fiscal impact to the
state or municipalities. It makes a technical change to the underlying
bill, eliminates Section 5 (which conforms statutory language on
petitions for the termination of parental rights with non-gendered
terminology), and revises statutes concerning prospective adoptive
parent payments to birth parents.
