OFA Fiscal Note
Eliminates Cost In Bill
The amendment eliminates the cost in the underlying bill by
removing the bill's redaction requirements for body-worn and
dashboard cameras. The amendment also decreases but does not
eliminate the potential revenue gain to the state and municipalities in
the underlying bill. Finally, the amendment adds a Freedom of
Information Act disclosure exemption, resulting in no fiscal impact to
the state or municipalities.
The preceding Fiscal Impact statement is prepared for the benefit of the members of the General Assembly, solely
