| 25 | 25 | each institution of higher education conducting an intimate partner 2 | |
| 26 | 26 | violence investigation or administrative hearing where the accused is a 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | student or employee of such institution, but the victim is not, to (1) 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | provide notice of and opportunity for such victim to participate in such 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | investigation or hearing, (2) clarify for such victim the roles and 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | responsibilities of each party involved in such investigation or hearing, 7 | |
| 31 | 31 | and (3) disclose to such victim any information discovered during the 8 | |
