| 23 | 23 | That the general statutes be amended to allow any municipality with 1 | |
| 24 | 24 | two or more existing nonresidential solar photovoltaic facilities located 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | within such municipality to (1) approve or reject subsequent 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | nonresidential solar photovoltaic facilities proposed for construction or 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | installation in such municipality, and (2) impose a moratorium on the 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | construction or installation of such facilities within such municipality. 6 | |
